We offer two major coaching packages for individuals (Zeus & Athena) and one for teams (Olympians), to help you spin your fate. In Greek Mythology, the Moirae Sisters had power even over Zeus to impact lives. Zeus and Athena, being the two most impactful Olympians, I’ve decided to name these packages after them. The initial consult is always free! We’ll dive into your goals and aspirations and decide how to best tackle the obstacles in your way guiding you to the freedom you desire. Each program follows my key processes, tailored to you or your teams’ needs.
Zeus 12
This is considered our full time coaching package that can be purchases in 3, 6, or 12 month increments. Full time means, we will be in touch, at a minimum, each and every week of your package. We’ll set goals, discuss ambitions, and all the hurdles in the way of your success. We’ll make sure you discover your path and take the steps to spin your fate. Your package will start with my audit process, identifying where you are, where you want to go, setting achievable goals within a reasonable timeframe, and breaking your mountains into molehills so they can be easily tackled.
Included with this package is access to all published workshops and courses, plus everything published during the timeframe of your services. Any 12 month commitments will also receive the full Summer School Rehab 2020 (which includes a three year subscription and 6 month one on one check-ins).
With a Zeus 12 month commitment you’ll get:

• 1 Life Audit
• 50 one on one calls, 50 check-ins, and three 3-4 follow-up accountability calls through 2022 – 3 years of ME pushing you to be the best you, and if the follow up isn’t enough… re-enroll for 25% off
• Workbooks designed to your needs – as you evolve, so will your workbooks. That’s why theres a new one for you every 3-6 months depending on your package.

The Zeus 12 package is $9,000 for the year, or $750/Month. How do you put a price on success?
If 12 months is too long, there are 3 and 6 month options as well at $3,000 and $5,000 respectively. 3 and 6 month Zeus packages include the basics as broken down on the next page.
Athena 12
This is considered our Part time coaching package that can be purchases in 3, 6, or 12 month increments. Part time means, we will be in touch, at a minimum, every other week of your package. ** “Office Hours” are designated hours where I do not book clients from week to week. I try to keep the schedule the same, but the schedule will be published every Sunday for the following week so you know when I will be available to dive into a problem outside of our scheduled calls. These Office Hours are yours to use as needed, and are in addition to your as needed coaching triage (have a question? Email or text and I’ll answer as soon as I’m available to).
Accountability Sessions – Nyx Subscription-
You have a goal, you need accountability- you need a little help here and there. 15 minute calls 2 times a week. Start and end your week strong, accountable, and motivated. $60/month
Resume revamp –
Haven’t touched your resume in 3 years? Need to update it, give it some character and showcase you? $50 revamp (add LinkedIn profile refresh +$20)
Pitch Yourself! –
Already viewed the workshop, but want some coaching, guidance and practice? 1 hour call, coaching your pitch creation, tweaking, and several rounds of practice. $220
Interview Practice –
Preparing for that next job or promotion? Practice and get the jitters out, get it right, get some tips and tricks and wow in your next interview. $220
Business Plan Creation –
Ready to start your business but need a plan? Need to apply for funding? Looking for investors or partners and need to present the best foot forward? We’ll create a plan to define and establish your business’ feasibility and financial plan. One page or full planning available. $350-$1200
Team Involvement / Team Building –
Ready to merge your team into a smooth functioning powerhouse? Let’s kick start some team building, personal development and group integration into your days. $2,000/day
Client Relations Training –
Never quite sure how to deal with your clients? Or have that one tough to deal with stakeholder – we’ll dig into your process, look for ways to tweak and improve, and attack the issues creating conflict between you and your client. $220-$600
On Demand Consulting –
If you have a specific need, go ahead and ask. If I am not comfortable providing the support you need, I may be able to refer you to someone who can. $0 – $250/hour
Al la carte sessions can be booked outside of quarterly signups, or as needed to fit your needs.
Olympians 12
The Olympians package is intended for team continuity or group learning. If your organization is going through a paradigm shift, new policies are being rolled out, is in need of corporate alignment, or some serious team building efforts – this is the option for you.
As you build your team of Olympians, we’ll dig into areas based on your needs, requests, and the results of an initial session of one on one and team interviews. Whew! We’ll start out fast right out of the gate, identifying strengths and weaknesses of each member, dreams, goals and aspirations they see for the team, project or individually. We will take the corporate or team lead goals and requests to determine how it all fits together to reach our end goal. Part of the Olympians is success as one, while maintaining individuality, being a team player for a common goal.
Every Olympian Plan is unique, but we’ll look at a common layout as an example.
Included in a typical Olympian 12 plan:
• 3 Team Lead Calls to detail the needs and path of the team.
• This is where you outline the details the sessions will follow
• Choose from project management methodologies, lean construction, financial analysis, business management, program creation, etc.
• Quarterly Team Lead Progress Call – How is your team progressing?
• 1 full day team assessment with group and individual interviews
• 50 Weekly Team Meetings – or ask for Bi-Weekly
• Team Member Triage – when they have a quick question, go ahead and ask!
• Workbooks to guide individuals through team success
• Interview or Presentation Prep (4 hour sessions Quarterly or as needed) A team isn’t a team if they cant look like one in front of a client or leadership – we’ll practice that!
If 12 months is too long, or you and your team need smaller segments, single*, 1, 3 and 6 month options of the packages are available as well.
